Guidance Points on completing an application within APM Group Online Portal

Below is information regarding completion of an online auditor application and the scheme. You can contact APMG, should you have any queries regarding submission of an application.

General Information

• An application and associated fee will be required for each grade of authentication required
• Please note that re-authenticating auditors will not be issued with an ID card. The OASIS system should be used to verify an auditor’s certification status
• All information needs to be recorded in the system in line with the timescales required
• It is the individual’s responsibility to complete their application ensuring that accordance with standards EN 9104-003 is demonstrated
• Information or documents sent directly in support of an application cannot be considered
• Each payment entitles you to two submissions – if you fail with your first submission, you can apply again using the Re-submitting an Application process (add a hyperlink) and you do not need to pay. However if you fail a second time, you are free to make a new application but this will be treated as a completely new one and you will charged
• Should an application be unsuccessful, there is one further opportunity to submit additional information for consideration
• If the application is failed following the second submission the applicant is entitled to appeal which should be submitted in writing following the APMG appeals process as detailed on https://apmg-international.com/copyright-legal-policies
• Appeals will not be considered until a second submission has been made and responded to

Re-Submitting an unsuccessful Application

• Log in to the application system
• Return to the application which is listed on the Home page, under “My Application”, using the “View” function
• Click "Start Re-Submit Process" to return to the online application form
• Add further information as required
• Submit the Application (No additional Fee is required)
